Be Kind To Yourself

Now’s the time to be kind to yourself. You got this!  We got this! 

With COVID-19, we have all had to adapt to a new routine, new habits and a new way of taking care of ourselves. Practicing social distancing doesn’t mean we should be distancing ourselves from our health goals. 

While it may be overwhelming to continue our previous habits or maintain motivation, we can always start fresh again. We can also set small goals during this time to help keep us on track. We would like to offer some tips to keep you motivated and moving in the right direction.

In the weeks to come, look for tips from our dietitians.  We are with you during these trying times.  Stay healthy and safe!

Tip #1: Get plenty of immune-boosting foods! 

The antioxidants, phytochemicals, fiber, vitamins and minerals found in fruits and vegetables can help strengthen our immune system.  Don't have fresh available? Canned, or frozen work well too!
